Born from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, Eatalian Café was founded on bringing the passion for handcrafted pasta, pizza, and traditional Italian desserts to Los Angeles. Housed in a converted industrial space, the Gardena location became known for its open kitchen, gleaming mozzarella machines, and the aroma of fresh dough and espresso — a true Italian culinary theater.
Now, with Eatalian NJP, we’re bringing that same commitment to quality and flavor to Whittier. Located inside the new Rodeo 72 food court, NJP offers a streamlined menu of our most beloved dishes — from mix-and-match pastas and sauces to thin and thick-crust pizzas, paninis, and house-made desserts.
